Our Process for
Consistent Quality

STEP 1
Raw Material Sourcing

We use only certified virgin pulp (FSC® certified) and food-grade Compostable Straws polymers (like PLA) sourced from audited suppliers.

STEP 2
In-Process Quality Control

At every stage, QA teams conduct sampling tests. Non-conforming batches are flagged immediately and withheld from packaging.

STEP 3
Safe & Tamper-Proof Packaging

We use shrink-wrapped or kraft-sealed packaging to prevent dust, moisture, or tampering. Packaging meets hygiene standards and endure long transit.

STEP 4
Final QC & Dispatch Approval

Only products that pass final lab-grade testing move to dispatch. Each batch is tagged with a QC slip, inspection ID, and date for full traceability.
